My name is Tim Muxlow and I have been employed in the hospitality industry for the past 28 years working as a chef all over Australia, I have been head chef in Italian restaurants, Seafood restaurants and fine dining establishments. I have owned restaurants and a catering company.
I am currently a commercial cookery teacher at TAFE and enjoy passing on my extensive knowledge to chefs and restaurant owners, teaching them about an industry that has been my life for so long.
